In 2013, our author Femke van Oorsouw fell in love with her friend Mariëlle. She had romantic feelings for a woman for the first time. It quickly felt natural. The only complicated side effect was Femke's desire to have children. How do they fulfill it together?

The Rhythm of Ramses' is the origin story of Ramses and many other young children. In the search of many lesbian mothers, a book about a friend and family friend as a dad is difficult to find.
