Zarissa Windzak is the owner of Cargo Confetti, an inclusive online store with a focus on anti-racism, diversity and positive images through toys and children's literature. In 2021 she made her debut with the picture book Lieverniet.

Lieverniet. Today Zarissa works as a communications officer for intercultural movement Kif Kif and is co-founder of Words of Color, a writing collective for women of color.
