Shipping and Returns Policy

Article 1 - Shipping

1.1 Shipping costs
We offer shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium for free shipping from €50. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping costs within Europe may vary.

1.2 Delivery time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days. The expected delivery time is 1-2 business days after processing, depending on the destination. We will do our best to deliver within this time frame, but are not liable for delays caused by the delivery service or other circumstances beyond our control.

1.3 Shipping Methods
We ship our products via PostNL, which offers reliable and fast delivery. You will receive a track & trace code once your order has been shipped, so you can follow the delivery.

1.4 Delivery address
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process. Please check the address carefully before completing your order as we are not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses.

1.5 International Shipping
We also offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on destination. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 2 - Returns and Exchanges

2.1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke the purchase agreement within 14 days after receiving your order, stating reasons. To use your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via order at uitgeverijwildeharen nl .

2.2 Return procedure
After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the product to us. If reasonably possible, return the items in the original packaging to: Van Helmontstraat 19 unit 37, 3029AA in Rotterdam. Add a copy of the invoice or packing slip to your return shipment.

2.3 Return costs
The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. We recommend sending returns using a traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

2.4 Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund the purchase price, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days via the original payment method. If the product is damaged or shows signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge a reduction in value.

2.5 Exceptions to Returns
The following products are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products, unless there is a defect.
• Custom made or personalized items.
• Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as underwear or earrings, if the seal has been broken.

2.6 Exchange
If you would like to exchange a product, we request that you return the original product in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order for the desired item.

2.7 Defective or Incorrect Products
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via order at uitgeverijwildeharen nl with a description of the problem and photos of the defect or error. We will inform you about the next steps, such as replacing the product or refunding the purchase price, including any shipping costs.
